MEMBERSHIP FORMS!!!! (and other miscellaneous info)

Membership forms are now available!! We will need all three forms (Membership, Behavior Contract, and Medical Release) filled out and returned to us before your child’s spot will be secured. Email us at addilynsplace@gmail.com or text 463-203-7110 to get our membership forms emailed to you! we look forward to hearing from you!

As previously posted, our membership prices are based on weekly fee. Our daily price is $50 per day. If you only need us for a few select days, that does take away a weekly spot for another child This causing the price per day to be a little higher than if you were to break down our weekly pricing.

ALSO— if anyone is looking to get rid of children‘s toys, blankets, pillows, art supplies, books, etc. PLEASE keep us in mind!! October 4th is fast approaching and we are so excited to get started!
